The Journey

Three years. Built in chapters.

The cohort program is a three-year journey, structured in 12-month commitments. You don't have to see the whole path to start – you commit to one year at a time.

Year 1 – Foundation for Growth

You build the core: clarity on who you are and what you're building, the people and systems to support it, and the growth engine to sustain it. By the end of year one, you have a functioning system – not just a vision.

Years 2 & 3 – Foundation for Scale

You deepen and expand. The systems you built in year one start carrying weight. You develop the capacity to bring on the right people and eventually graduate to a full leadership team engagement.

The path from cohort to leadership team engagement is by design, not coincidence.

The program runs on a consistent monthly rhythm. Every month includes:

Your agenda. Your business. Your specific challenges – addressed directly.

All sessions are remote. Your cohort is 6–10 leaders by design – small enough to matter, diverse enough to be useful.

Everything in this program builds on a single foundation: clarity about your purpose and who you are. Purpose and identity aren't a module you complete in month one – they're the lens through which everything else gets built.

People

The right people in the right roles – even before you have a full team. How to leverage who you have, identify who you need, and build toward a leadership team over time.

Systems

The operational infrastructure for sustainable impact. Meeting cadence, metrics that measure what actually matters, goal-setting tied to purpose, accountability that doesn't require you to chase people. Includes how to leverage AI as a capacity multiplier.

Growth

A growth engine that doesn't depend entirely on you. Ideal client, go-to-market, referral strategy, pricing, retention – built around your mission, not in spite of it.

Foundation – Purpose & Identity

Your why and your who. Personal purpose, organizational mission, core values, and culture.

Before you can build a great organization, you have to know what it's for – and who it's being built by. From that foundation, People, Systems, and Growth become the pillars that carry your mission forward.
