We kept seeing the same problem from different angles: leaders with real vision, running organizations that couldn't hold it. Too much depending on one person. Systems that couldn't scale. Purpose getting buried under operational pressure. We built this because we believe there's a better way to grow – and because we've each spent careers helping leaders find it.
